Sleep Therapy

Text Sessions


Your therapist will text back and forth with you, going over their recommendations, answering questions, and offering advice. Each text session will stay open for 48 hours. If this is your first session, you will also be sent a sleep plan. Subsequent sessions will follow-up on, and expand on, your recommended plan.

Zoom Session- 45 minutes


Somatic Sleep Therapy session, via zoom. Best experienced within three hours of when you plan to go to sleep. Best experienced while wearing comfy clothes/pjs, and can be done in bed. If this is your first session, you'll be sent a personalized sleep plan before the session begins, and we'll go over said sleep plan during this first session.

Somatic Sleep Therapy

Somatic Sleep Therapy Session: At Home- 90 minutes


Somatic sleep therapy is a hands-on treatment, experienced on a massage table. Based on your specific sleep needs, your session may include any of the following: massage therapy , Thai massage therapy, aromatherapy, sound therapy, energy work, meditation, custom herbal remedies ...or other modalities.


Somatic sleep therapy is available to LOS ANGELES-based clients only, and is best experience 1-3 hours before you plan to sleep.


DEEP Sleep: At Home- 3 hours


A 3-hour-long Deep Sleep session. Somatic Sleep Therapy is a hands-on treatment, experienced on a massage table. Based on your specific sleep needs, your session may include any of the following: massage therapy , Thai massage therapy, aromatherapy, sound therapy, energy work, meditation, custom herbal remedies ...or other modalities.


Somatic sleep therapy is available to LOS ANGELES-based clients only, and is best experience 1-3 hours before you plan to sleep.
